Miley Cyrus was born eight years after Madonna burst onto the scene in the ‘80s wearing piled on chains, tulle skirts, and bustiers. The generational gap hasn’t stopped the young performer from rocking the Material Girl’s iconic style, circa 1984. At her movie opening in Spain a few months back, Cyrus reinterpreted the look quite literally, wearing layered necklaces, stacked bracelets, white undershirt, and a full, tutu-like skirt.
